Note: Your content must be submitted as a Word document. No other formats will be accepted. You may submit health guides and patient education materials in PowerPoint format. If your content is in LaTex or PDF, you must convert the text to Word in order for it to be edited.

You can provide me your list of references and I will prepare them all in accordance with the desired citation style. I'll look up each one to ensure the author's name, titles, volume, issue, etc., are spelled correctly and meet journal or publisher requirements.
Cost: 1 USD per reference
Checking and formatting a reference list containing 100 references will cost 100 USD.

Use the contact form to share details about the project (such as the topic, target audience, word count, and deadline). I'll let you know if it's within my scope and when I can get started.

To determine how much work is required (and whether we are a good fit), I charge a set fee of 17 USD for a sample copyedit (between 200 and 500 words).
If we proceed, I'll deduct the cost from the final project fee.
Note: For books, I offer a free sample copyedit of 1,000 words.

I'll submit a complete quote for the project. Once accepted, I'll send you a contract to review and sign. I'll also request a 30% deposit through an invoice.

I'll complete the work within the timeframe agreed upon and notify you if there are problems or queries.
I'll send two Word files (with and without markup). Once you've approved them, I'll send an invoice for the remaining project charge. Your medical content is now ready for submission and publishing!
If you have any further assignments, we may work together again. If not, I will request a testimonial.
